Hello! I'm Paige and thank you for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Breast Cancer Now fund research and life changing treatment for breast cancer sufferers, providing support for today and hope for the future. Their mantra is that everyone diagnosed with breast cancer will live - and be supported to live well by 2050.

Unfortunately, I know many women that have been affected by breast cancer, including my auntie, who was diagnosed earlier this year. My auntie is making great progress and I am so proud of her for battling this awful disease. She has been incredibly strong and is a huge inspiration to me and my family.

I would be very grateful for your support for any contribution to help me raise money for this amazing charity. In return, I will be running the London Marathon on Sunday 23rd April 2023. 

This will be my first time running a marathon. To be honest, I'm a little nervous for what's in store for my personal journey as I've never ran further than 10k! However, I'm up for the challenge! I have purchased some new active wear, to assist with the training on these cold winter days. I haven't quite sorted the nutrition element out yet, as I do enjoy a glass of wine or two… along with a takeaway! However, on a serious note, it's the least I can do to support Breast Cancer Now.

I would like to thank the charity for allowing me to run for them, personally this means so much to me, especially at this time.
