Its that time of year again time to start training for St. Helens 10k. This will be my second year so please if you can spare a small donation i will be grateful.  I am running as part of team Hunt raising funds for the Steve Prescott Foundation. I am running this race for those suffering or affected by cancer like my mum my sister in law and the lovy Gill Murray who lost her battle before i ran last years race but sponsored me when she knew i was going to do it. I swear Gill and my mum cheered my on last year and helped me to the finish line.
