On June 16th 2018, I will be strutting my stuff on the catwalk (underneath Concorde!!) as part of Maggie's on the Runway to raise money for the Maggie's centre in Manchester!

In August 2016 I was diagnosed with breast cancer and underwent surgery followed by radio and chemo therapy at The Christie hospital in Manchester. I visited the wonderful Maggie's centre during my treatment as it is located just across the road from The Christie.

Maggie's centres offer emotional, practical and social support for those living with cancer, as well as their friends and families. The centres rely on fundraising and donations to keep going.

I would like to do all that I can to help them continue to provide this wonderful service by raising as much as I can and would appreciate any donations big or small!

Here are some examples of how your money can help:
- £3 pays for tea for a day 
- £65 pays for a family to receive one hour of support from a psychologist.
- £100 pays for a two hour Managing Stress session for up to 10 people.
- £2400 pays to keep a Maggie's Centre open for a day.
