I'm running the London half-marathon to raise money for Alzheimer's Research and would really appreciate any support you could give! 

Dementia is a very cruel illness which has not only affected my family but many families of people I know.  

Someone very close to me developed dementia at a relatively young age and it's terrible to see someone becoming so confused, lose their precious memories and forget their loved ones.  

Hopefully we will one day find a cure for this awful illness and I really would appreciate any help you could give in raising money for such a good cause! 

This is a big challenge for me.  I can run 10k but as this is 21k, I have quite a bit more to go!
