Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my Just Giving page.

On 14th July 1990 at 5.15.a.m. I received a phone call from the Renal Unit at Jimmy's (St James Hospital Leeds) to say a suitable kidney was being flown in from Dublin. After 3 grueling years on Dialysis this was a dream come true. Everything went well and The Kidney has worked without a hitch ever since. I am eternally grateful for the family that made the hard decision to donate the organs of the loved one they had lost.
