Yorkshire 3 Peaks Challenge · 6 June 2020 ·

Sue Ryder is here to make sure everyone approaching the end of their life or living with grief can get the support they need. There is no one size fits all when it comes to how we cope and the help we need, but with our support, no one has to face dying or grief alone. We are there when it matters.

Hello and thank you for taking the time to read our story.

We are doing the Yorkshire 3 peaks challenge in memory of Pam, family members and friends who have lost their fight against cancer

Pam sadly lost her long brave battle against cancer in 2018, the support and care she was given from wheatfields hospice was beyond expectations.
As a group of family and friends we have all experienced the heart ache and devastation of losing a loved one.
Through the strength and determination and positive attitude Pam showed throughout her illness, we feel it would be an honour to represent our families in this challenge.

We raised a considerable amount through sponsorships in 2018 for wheatfields and would like with your help through donations to give back to Wheatfields so they can continue their dedicated care and support to their patients and families.

A special thank you to Wheatfields from Adele Wilson - Pams sister.

“I would like to thank Wheatfields Hospice for the wonderful care they gave to two of my family members. A big special thank you for the way they cared for my beautiful sister Pam. Not only did they care for Pam amazingly they also came and sat with her daily and made her day a little bit brighter and for that I am truly grateful.

Wheatfields give fantastic care whether you are in for a short time or with a life limiting condition so please support and donate for such a fabulous hospice.”
