We want to support local people with mental health issues and know about the great work that Coastal West Sussex Mind does across the county but especially in our nearest towns of Worthing and Littlehampton. 

One in four people will experience a mental health issue and one in ten young people so that means if it's not you, it could be a member of your family or a friend. We don't want people to suffer and want them to feel it's ok to ask for help and not to struggle on alone.

We understand that Coastal West Sussex Mind helps young people from the age of 16 with one-to-one support and with drop-in groups and we know they rely on fundraising and donations to reach all the people they want to.

We are looking forward to flipping pancakes and doing relay races  with frying pans. Should be fun! Please donate here to support us.
