Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
As most of you know both my girls suffer from high-tone deafness. During Covid, with people wearing non-transparent face masks, lip reading became impossible. It just highlighted their plight, that so often is invisible.
It was a great excuse for me to get on my bike and try to raise some money again for the National Deaf Children Society - https://www.ndcs.org.uk/.
At the start of the year I've started my 17 week sportive training program on my Wattbike to get into shape for the RideLondon Essex 100 May 28th. https://www.ridelondon.co.uk/our-rides/ridelondon-essex-100.
With the weather improving I've also now gone out and about, and according to Strava, now have clocked over 1,333 km. And the aim is to do the 100ml in under 6 hours. 3 more weeks left to train ;-)
I would like to ask you for a donation to this worthy cause. Any/all contribution is much appreciated.
Thanks you so much for your support in this.
