The Lord Mayor’s Appeal’s strategic aim is to create A Better City for All that is inclusive, healthy, skilled and fair. This year, money raised from the Sleep Out will support a number of charities including The Pret Foundation which is working to tackle poverty, hunger and homelessness across the world.

I’m proud of The Pret Foundation’s work to give those facing homelessness vital opportunities to access employment and training at Pret through our Rising Stars Programme.

That's why, on the 16th March I’ll be joining The Pret Foundation and The Lady Mayoress to Sleep Out in the Guildhall Yard to raise
awareness together of a crucial issue that too many people face and the funds raised will help us continue our efforts to tackle homelessness in the UK.
