I am sorry to say that due to other commitments, faster-than-light Faye has had to drop out of this March's Half Marathon. However, Chloe and David will still be running ... if we raise enough money!

This March we are raising money for PAPYRUS Prevention of Young Suicide. This has been postponed since October 2020, so you would think that we have had enough to practise ...!
Help us to raise money to help the work that PAPYRUS does to support young people and those who work with them as well as to tackle the stigma around talking about suicide.

PAPYRUS is the UK charity for the Prevention of Young Suicide. Suicide is the biggest killer of people under the age of 35 in the UK, each year over 1600 people under the age of 35 take their own lives.PAPYRUS believes that many of these deaths are preventable.
PAPYRUS provides confidential support and advice to people under 35 struggling with thoughts of suicide, and anyone of any age worried about a young person through the helpline, HOPELINEUK. We also run training for professionals and those interested in suicide awareness and we try to influence discussions about the subject - both at government level and in our communities.
We work in south Wales, but there are PAPYRUS teams across Wales, England and Northern Ireland. HOPELINE UK is available to everyone across the UK.
