As a group of 14 colleagues we are running the Manchester 10k for our staff charity of the year, Lifeshare. The local charity supports homeless and vulnerable people in Manchester and Salford.
Lifeshare run a number of projects including a crisis assessment & referral service, a weekend breakfast service and an emergency food project.
By running the 10k we hope to raise important funds to support the charity, and the amazing work they do.
