On Sunday the 10th of April, we are competing in the Paris Marathon in memory of Paul's Grandma who died recently. We have decided to raise money for the British Lung Foundation and hope you can help by donating to this good cause.

We've spent the last 3 months training hard in preparation - Carl has been up and down over the North Yorkshire Moors and Paul training hard basking in the south east Ipswich sunshine.

It's the first time we have attempted a marathon (and maybe the last!) so let's see how we get on.
