Hi, my name is Paris and I’m running the London Landmark’s Half Marathon on Sunday the 2nd of April 2023 in the aim to raise money for the Charity : Rape And Sexual Abuse Support Centre.

 RASASC are an inclusive, non profit charity that supports survivors of all genders, who have been raped, sexually abused or have had an unwanted sexual experience. They spread awareness about the unimaginable and offer support for survivors through a confidential helpline, counselling and Independent Sexual Violence Advisor (ISVA) services. All services are free and non-judgemental, and survivors of sexual abuse are believed, empowered and supported on their journey to recovery.

I won’t be sharing my story as to why I chose to run for this charity as it’s not mine to tell. But someone who I love dearly is a survivor from childhood and I’m doing this for them. 

Even the smallest of donations and words of encouragement are so very much appreciated and I promise you all that I will do my best.
