I am doing my 15th Great North Run in  memory of Jacob Newns and Paul Davies whose young lives were cut short far too early by epilepsy.Im raising money to help this fantastic charity to help those who have epilepsy and their families.
I’m not fast-but what I lack in speed I certainly make up for in enthusiasm!
