Every summer holiday was spent in Hope Cove for the Jervis family. Mum would be at the heart of all things food - and laughter - and French white wine.

Mum and Dad moved down to be close to Hope Cove when they retired, and Greg and I took her for a night in the Cottage Hotel for her birthday in April of this year - we are both glad that we did.
