I'm taking part in a 5K Run/Walk along Larne Coastal Road on Saturday 13th October in memory of my little brother William. The event has been very kindly organised by William's friend Rebekah and I'm so happy to be able to support it.

PIPS Newry and Mourne do some very important work in suicide prevention and I would be so grateful if you could donate to this important cause.

Also, I HATE to run so please understand that I have not taken on this challenge lightly!!
