Thanks for taking the time to read my LCC fundraising page. 

Anyone who's hopped on a bike and felt the sense of freedom that comes with travelling on two wheels, might have an idea why I'm fundraising for the London Cycling Campaign. 

Unfortunately, in the London we currently inhabit, cycling is not always an easy option. The streets are mostly not laid out for cyclists, they're over crowded, and, I think most importantly as it impacts everyone, not just cyclists, the pollution is chronically high. The dangers of this cannot be overstated, with pollution levels contributing to 10,000 deaths in the capital annually. 

LCC actively lobby decision makers to change these things, to make London a city that's great to ride a bike in, without fear. 

I have always had such a great time riding in London, and will encourage anyone to give it a go - but I realise that for many, it's just too scary and the risks are too high. That's why I'm raising money for LCC at Ride London. I would like to see things change, and these are the people making that happen.
