Over the past 12 months I have developed a passion for running and so have decided to put all my hard work towards a worthy cause. I applied to run the London Marathon 2021 and was lucky enough to be chosen by Asthma UK for one of their charity places! 

Asthma UK is a charity putting their efforts into making a difference for all people affected by Asthma and other lung diseases. 

Every 10 seconds someone in the UK has a potentially fatal asthma attack. Every single day the lives of three families are devastated by the death of a loved one from asthma. 

Tragically, the majority of these deaths could be prevented right now with the right basic care. However, others still suffer with asthma so severe that current treatments don’t work. This has to change. That’s why Asthma UK exists.

I have committed to Asthma UK that I will fundraise a minimum of £2000 to help towards their efforts. A donation of any size would mean so much and really motivate me through my training over the next months!
