I am taking part in the Redbridge 10K Run (my 1st ever 10K) on the 24th July in Support of the Lymphoma Association.  This is a very important charity as the disease affects those of all ages. 

 

I would like to raise at least £150 whilst at the same time raise awareness of Lymphoma. So please, donate! :O)
