Each year it costs Air Ambulance Kent Surrey Sussex (KSS) over £16.6m to keep them running, 86% of which comes from fundraising. 

Which is why I have decided to run the London Marathon 2023 for KSS

Some of you will know I have always yo-yoed with running, always hitting a barrier at 10K or getting injured - leading to me starting Couch to 5K once again 6 months later. 

This time however, the New Years Resolution mentality got me through the 10k wall, and now week on week I am posting new distance records. 

I am in a good place, and I want to capitalise on this to take part in a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity whilst supporting KSS.

Your donation means KSS can continue to provide the best care at the worst of times for their patients, and stay at the forefront of pre-hospital critical care.
