<p>Patrick - the most well/'unwell' person there ever was. He fought against his illness with grace and dignity for 3 years, whilst continuing to be an exceptional husband, father and grandfather.</p> <p>It would be Pat's wish that the Martlets Hospice receive donations in his memory. The staff were outstanding and made sure that Pat had everything he needed 24 hours a day.
