Some of you know that I've been volunteering at Core Clapton, a charity set up by my brother, since it's inception. Now I'm going one (many?) steps further and actually running to help them raise money.

Core Clapton is a local Hackney charity making osteopathy accessible to all. They offer specialist treatment to individuals on a ‘pay what you can’ scale, helping people suffering from chronic pain to get back to doing what they enjoy most.

Their vision is to build an active community free from chronic pain.
