Hi there

Foolishly or otherwise, I have signed up for a near 300 mile, 
3-day cycle from London to Brussels via Holland in early September.

I am hoping to raise money for a UK charity called Grocery Aid, not very well known but doing fantastic work. They provide financial and other types of support to people who work or have worked in the grocery trade, either as retailers or suppliers.

The ride will be tough, and my training is underway. It would
mean so much to be sponsored, something to spur me on when the weather turns, or any thoughts pop up about stopping and having a rest!

As ever any amount of sponsorship large or small will be really appreciated.
