So on July 29th 2019 the four of us will set off from Lands End to embark on the near 1000 mile journey to John O'Groats by bike. Over the ten days we will cover approx 100 miles each day. All of us are passionate cyclists and have been training hard and we are ready for the challenge and the great times we will have on our journey  supported by Jon, Francesca and Denis to complete this and raise for the British Heart Foundation.
