So on July 29th 2019 the four of us will set off from Lands End to embark on the near 1000 mile journey to John O'Groats by bike. Over the ten days we will cover approx 100 miles each day. All of us are passionate cyclists and have been training hard and we are ready for the challenge and the great times we will have on our journey  supported by Jon, Francesca and Denis to complete this and raise for the Swindon Downs Syndrome Group. Pauls sister is Downs Syndrome and the work that the group do to help families is invaluable. Please please please  give generously as every little bit will help. Many thanks from us all.
