I've always wanted to attempt the challenge of climbing the highest mountains in England, Scotland and Wales - Scafell Pike, Ben Nevis and Snowdon, all within 24 hours but never found the right cause, until now.

My Wife's Mum, Kay Mowbray, was diagnosed with secondary (metastatic) breast cancer in June 2013, having 'beaten' the disease 12 years ago.  Sadly, it was particularly agressive and she lost her battle just 3 months later.

As a family we are committed to trying to raise as much money for Cancer Research UK through various challenges in order to help them find ways to beat this disease that impacts on so many peoples lives.

Our three peaks attempt will take place on 14th June 2014.

Research gave us 12 years we might not have had, in which Kay saw four grandchildren born and grow into fantastic children.

With more research maybe she could have had the years to see them become adults.  With your help that may be true for the next generation.
