I'm completing the Northampton 2 Paris - Virtual Cycle Ride. Cycling 450 miles to celebrate the 45 years of outstanding hospice care provided by Cynthia Spencer, to our local community. Every minute £3 is needed to continue to support the vital services available to those and their families, when they need it most.

I will have worked at Cynthia Spencer for 2 years near the end of the challenge. I enjoy the work I do so much. I love my little work family and how we often seem to bring a smile to a patient or their family, even in the darkest of times. 

What we do is not glamorous and not about saving lives but it is such a vital part to many people's journey. Every sponsor, no matter how big or small,  is a much welcomed gift which helps bring quality care to patients; from symptom control right up to their last days.

From the bottom of my heart I thank you for your donation as it will spur me on to complete the 450 miles and get fitter in the process.
