Both my father and step father in law have had prostate cancer and have been fortunate that their treatment has been successful so far.

Others I have known including my grand father have been less fortunate...

Prostate cancer is the most common cancer in men in the UK .Over 40,000 new cases are found each year - someone`s father , grandfather, son , brother .....

On June 7th 2014 I will be setting out from Poole in Dorset to walk the entire 630 mile South West Coast Path to Minehead in Somerset to raise funds for Prostate Cancer UK.

The walk is likely to take six weeks and I am sure it will be the toughest physical challenge I have ever faced.

Prostate Cancer UK is a charity which funds research into this disease as well as providing information and support to those affected by it
