5 years ago this November Dad lost his battle with Lung Cancer. Every year since I have tried to do a run to raise funds for dad's tribute fund for Roy Castle Lung Cancer foundation.

This year my amazing fiancé will be joining me to run the Vitality British 10K London Run. 

£4,600 has been raised in the past 4 1/2 years so we hope to meet our £400 target to reach the £5k mark in the 5th year.
