As some of you may remember I decided to run 100km at the start of lockdown in support of a local Ascot charity - Sebastian's trust.  As I am only in my 40's for another 30 days, I have decided to set myself another challenge and cycle 300km (on the Peloton).  I would ask that all my generous friends (and family) who were planning on buying me a nice present for my 50th instead donate to this great cause.

Sebastian's trust is charity that supports children and their families who are suffering from life limiting or life threatening

Their mission:

"At Sebastian’s Action Trust, we passionately believe seriously-ill children should be able to have quality time together with their families, never having to face life alone. Our vision is to ensure lives, however short, are lived to the full."
