Hi everyone. 

So I’ll be running the marathon in Brighton on the 14th of April in aid of the Rainbow children’s charity. April also marks 10 years since I met my good friend Luke Howard in Thailand whilst travelling. We had some amazing adventures and memories I will never forget. Sadly,  Luke was taken from us only a few months later In a tragic accident. Unfortunately this is also a memory I, as well as many others will never forget either. Luke was a kind, generous person who really did want the best for everything and everyone so I couldn’t think of better person to run in honour of or a better cause to do it for. 

So once again,  as with the boxing, any donations big or small would be much appreciated. 

I’ve never run a marathon before, or even a half lol, but for those that know me well enough, will have absolutely no doubt that I’m gunna smash this out the water and set the best time I possibly can.
