My son Sean has had Cerebral Palsy since birth and this year he will be 25 years old. Following several hours in an hostelry Marie and I decided to compete in this years Great North Run and give back something.

Neither one of us has ever contemplated running so at my advancing years and Marie's shorter legs, it will be a massive challenge.
