We are powered by people. We’re here to find a cure and improve lives, together.

Story

WHY AM I RUNNING?

-     Two of my friends are affected by Parkinson’s – one in his early thirties

-     Every hour, someone in the UK is told that they have Parkinson's (a  progressive neurological condition).

-     One person in every 500 has Parkinson's.

-     Every hour, someone in the UK is told that they have Parkinson's.

-     Most people who get Parkinson's are aged 50 or over but younger people can get it too. One in 20 is under the age of 40.

WHAT YOUR DONATION MEANS:

-      Support for people with Parkinson's, their carers and families

-      Parkinson's treatment and nurses

-      Parkinson's can continue to invest heavily in a bid to search for a cure

Anyone can get Parkinson’s. It gets worse over time and there’s no cure. Yet. Funding research into the most promising treatments, we’re getting closer to a cure. Until then, we're improving life for people with Parkinson’s, and the people in their lives. Together we'll find a cure.
