I am so grateful that at the rip old age of 53 years  I can still compete in these events and give the youngsters a run for their money, these UWCB events are incredible to participate in, a rollercoaster of emotions and an opportunity to push my boundaries and personal abilities to the edge and off the cliff  !  win, lose or draw its in the laps of the Gods.  

I am dedicating this fundraising campaign to Mrs Pauline Betteridge, another incredible fighter who sadly eventually lost her battle and died leaving a beautiful legacy of beautiful children behind who still deeply admire and love her, I lived with her for nearly three years when I was an apprentice and she cared for me like her own son, I loved her and her amazing family of Geer's and Betteridges.....
