In February my dad Paul Cruci is running the Brighton Half Marathon and aiming to complete it in under 1 hr 55 mins

He is running for 2 reasons: primarily because he is obviously mad, and secondly to raise money for a cause that is very close to our hearts. Cotswold House Eating Disorders Unit (part of the Warneford Hospital in Oxford) is the unit which provided support and guidance to myself (and many others) and really helped me to make the decision to turn my life around. Like all of these great causes, it is in need of as much money as it can get.

We would all really appreciate any donations! Without blatantly copyrighting a well-known competitive supermarket, Every Little Helps..

It goes without saying that any support on the day is more than welcome and we can all brave the seagulls and cold sea air together with banners and bunting etc.
