Story

Hello! I’m cycling the Ride London 100 on May 28th to raise money for Samaritans. Ride London is a 100 mile cycle from London, through Essex and back again. I’ve been training for it lightly but with a month to go I’m settling in for longer rides in the lead up to the big day.

Incase you don’t know, Samaritans is a charity dedicated to reducing feelings of isolation and disconnection that can lead to suicide. Every six seconds, they respond to a call for help. Every year, they answer more than 5 million calls for help by phone, email, SMS, letter, face-to-face at one of their local branches.

Money raised for Samaritans goes towards training volunteers, keeping phone lines open, supporting the running of more than 200 branches and locations across the UK and Ireland.

If you want to help me raise money for Samaritans and support their essential work, please make a donation. Thanks!
