In 2021 I was diagnosed with a very difficult diagnosis, EHE Cancer, an ultra rare cancer with over 50 tumours spread across my liver and lungs and have grown up to 6.4cm in diameter. I have been doing everything I can to help my health and fitness, keeping active and clean eating to give myself the best possible chance in the face of a pretty gloomy prognosis. 

As part of this I will be doing the London Landmarks Half Marathon April 2024 on behalf of EHE Rare Cancer charity to help raise funds for them to continue their work in developing treatments and long term, a cure. The charity have been very good to me helping me through a difficult time so this is my time to give something back. 

I'll also be running with a lot of friends and family and supporters along the way and I know it will be a great day!
