In memory of Holly and Evie's Dad "Phil" I'm running the Watford 10K in May.

Matthew Loddy is doing a fantastic job in supporting the Hospice of St Francis and Teenage Cancer Trust running 100 marathons in 00 days last year and 30 marathons in 30 days this year, We all support in our own ways and mine is to run the Watford 10K, I ran the Herts 10K in October so this is a challenge for me to beat my personal best of 52:19.
