I'm throwing myself and my bike around the beautiful Bannau Brycheiniog as part of the 100km Dragon Ride sportive on the 18th June. I know times are hard for everyone right now but whatever you can spare will be gratefully received and will make a difference.

Macmillan provides amazing support for people with cancer. The Macmillan nurses made the last few weeks of Theo's life as comfortable and normal as possible. They were also there for all of us who loved him, family and friends, supporting us through the grief, anger, regret and every other emotion that comes with the end of a battle with cancer. I'm raising money in memory of my brother so that other patients and families can get the same amazing love and support whatever their (hopefully better) outcome.
