Big Fun Run - Maidstone 2012 · 13 October 2012 ·

Every day in the UK, another 240 people wake up to the catastrophic impact of a stroke. The Stroke Association is the only charity in the UK providing lifelong support for all stroke survivors and their families.

Story

On 17th June 2003 i suffered from a stroke, after 2 months of being hospitalised i had to learn to walk & talk all over again, with the support from my family & friends i managed to get myself back on the road to recovery. Although i never regained the use of my left hand & arm im still living life to the full!

I'm not a victim I'm a survivor!
