On 10th June I'll be running the Keswick 25k Mountain Festival fell race, to raise funds for Dementia UK, in memory of Kingsley Shakes. Kingsley was a much loved, and sorely missed, husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, brother, uncle, friend,  and in my own case, father in law.
