I really enjoy my running and have ran marathons and ultra marathons over the past 10 years. I had a lot of "mental issues" through the year's and struggled to deal with them. I got talking to my GP and he advised me that he ran to cope with day 2 day stress. I have literally not stopped since  our meeting 🏃🏼‍♂️🤣

I generally nowadays run for myself, but evey now and then I hear of a charity that means a lot to someone. My "anonymous" friend ❤️ and we got talking one day about my love of running, it was  during this conversation my friend told me about their struggles in the past. So my inner running self knew how I  could support. 

On June the 26rh I will be embarking on a new run for this year 2022 The Brighton Marathon Trail run, this race is run across the south downs and has 6 of the steepest hills in it 😫 its going to a tough race but looking forward to it. 

Personally I find if am running for a charity it gives me the extra boost in both training and the race itself.
