I am running in memory of my father Irving Stanley Freemont who served in WWII as a Flight Engineer  in a Lancaster bomber from 550 squadron completing 30 ops (1944-1945, North Killingholme Lincs). The bravery of those young men is inspiring and after the war many suffered  mental health problems. By running for RAFA, i hope to contribute to the future care of our air force  service men and women who do an amazing job every day in keeping us safe.
