I'm taking on the London Marathon, one of the most iconic races in the world, to support Prostate Cancer and also in loving memory of my dad who passed away with this disease, he was always a fit, active and healthy, unfortunately although he wanted to, he never did run the London marathon, he did watch it every year without fail,  I'm doing this for my dad and hopefully he will be watching, also with one thing or another happening in my life I've not been doing any running or cycling this year to speak of so this is the kick up the arse I need to quit to bad habbits and get fit again so please help me along the way, thanks 🙂👍🏻
