A group of us, all widowed at a young age are going to aim to complete a 50km walk in a day. I'm doing this as much as a challenge to myself and for the camaraderie with my fellow widows as I am to raise some money for "WAY - Widowed and Young" which has really helped me to cope with the loneliness of the loss of Kate.
