I'm supporting Mind in Bradford to raise valuable funds to support those experiencing poor mental health.  Last year they supported over 3,000 people through a programme of activities aimed at providing advice and emotional support, often through the toughest times.  £5.00 covers the cost of a wellbeing induction for a new client.  £22.00 provides an hour of Sanctuary counselling for someone in crisis, very often as an alternative to hospital.  Please think about whether you can afford to support this great cause.
