Rowans Hospice provides end of life care across South East Hampshire. We help improve quality of life for the patient around the clock. We receive a very small level of Government support and almost all of the money required to provide our services needs to be raised through voluntary giving.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I took part in last year's Ruby Ride in memory of my brother Steve who was sadly taken from us too early at the age of 41 years on 28 August 2013. Steve loved to cycle and my sons Jack and George joined me for the ride using Steve's bikes. We could think of no more of a fitting tribute to Steve who will be sadly missed as a much loved brother and uncle.

We were humbled to have raised over £1500 last year for such a worthy cause, and with your help and Steve's inspiration hope to take this total to £2000 this year.

For this year's ride on 14th September we are looking to significantly expand Team Howden in remembrance of Steve.

Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the Rowans. So it’s the most efficient way to donate – saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
