Paul, Garry & Dean's Spanish 3 Peaks Challenge

Spanish 3 Peaks Challenge · 11 June 2019
Thank you for visiting my page. I’m supporting Sarcoma UK, the only cancer charity in the UK focused on all types of sarcoma. Sarcoma is a cancer of the bone and soft tissue. It is one of the hardest to diagnose, and difficult to treat. We can help change this. By donating to my page, you will fund vital research projects looking for better treatments. Your donation will also raise awareness of the symptoms of sarcoma to help patients get an early diagnosis, and ensure everyone has access to specialist advice.
Along with Garry Wilkinson and Dean Schofield , I am climbing the three peaks of mainland Spain in the Sierra Nevada mountains in 3 days. The mountains are: Mulhacen 3,482m; Valeta 3,394m and Alcazaba 3,371m and they are Spain's 1st, 3rd and 5th highest mainland mountains. This is a total of 10,247m. To put our trek into perspective Ben Nevis is 1,345m and Kilimanjaro 5,895m so our trek is the equivalent to climbing Nevis almost 8 times and Kili almost twice in 3 days.
