Story
Some weeks ago in a moment of madness I agreed to take part in a white collar charity boxing event on Friday 27 March 2020.
Once I came back to my senses I thought that my madness could be to the benefit of others and I decided that I would do the boxing event as a fundraiser for the Mile Walk charity. A local charity that over the years has done great work for those touched by Cancer. Have a read of their page! www.facebook.com/pg/Mile-Walk-Fundraisers-464922893574685/about/?ref=page_internal
Anyhow I will put myself through the physical training, maybe the humiliation of a knock down and even go without red wine for a good few weeks (that's a commitment if you know me). All I ask is you dig down the back of the sofa and find some lose change and donate it. It's a worthy charity!
So wish me the best of luck for fight night. But more importantly stick you hand in your pocket and support Mile Walk Fundraisers a great charity and worthy recipient!
Regards
Paul
P.S. If anyone that knows me wants to watch the event on the night (Friday 27th March) contact me as I can still get tickets.
