It's that time of year again when I will be cycling 54 miles from London to Brighton raising money for the British Heart Foundation in memory of my mother who died in 2003 from a heart related condition. The ride as always is on Fathers Day which this year is on Sunday 15th June. This is the 16th year I've participated in this event with my brother and in that time we've raised in excess of £75K for the BHF. We're extremely proud of this achievement which wouldn't have been possible without your continued support.
